Lo and Behold, my first video blog.  This is also the revival of the youtube channel, hopefully this one sticks.  I’ll be posting track reviews, club events, video blogs and other stuff I come up with in this channel.

Here’s another reminder that subscribing to the podcast via iTunes gets you the AAC M4a version which includes chapters for the songs. Makes it nice and easy to burn it to a CD or easy to scroll through on your iPod via chapters.

I have also updated the tracklisting page with up to date information.

EDIT: Spent the whole night fixing the podcast feed, turns out new comment system broke PodPress. Podpress sucks now so I’ve moved to PowerPress instead.

Quite late on this blog post, some topics I want to cover is my short lived spring break and this last week.

During my spring break I decided to carpool back home instead of take the usual  plane ride back home.  This not only saved me 300 dollars but the hassle of crappy plane service and delays.

Apparently this morning, my account got disabled.  This happened right after I got a copyright notice for one of my videos “Cosmic Gate feat. Emma HeWitt – Not Enough Time (Andy Duguid Remix)” .  Blackhole recordings apparently don’t like free advertising of their tracks which are edited so they can’t be deem full versions.

Its rather disappointing to lose all the subscribers and videos, especially the year mix one which took a good 16 hours to arrange in premiere pro.  I will try to get the account back but I am doubtful.

In either case, I might start up a new account and be more cautious by not posting up “Black hole recordings” tracks.

I’ll be changing up a few things from here on out.  Firstly, I will finally start blogging on the site.  It is something I have been aiming to do but haven’t quite gotten around to doing.  This will be a way for me to put thoughts down and vent.  I’m not quite sure what I’ll be writing about but It’ll probably range from standard blog entries to tutorials and random things.  This will also let you guys learn more about me.

Second, the podcast episodes will keep on coming, however I will now have a short narration in the intro to let people know about the website and have people email me for shout – outs and such.  A lot of people download the podcast but I’m not sure they actually know about the website lol.

Third, I have been working on a video version of year mix 2008 for youtube people.  They will be in several parts since youtube only allows maximum of 11 minutes per video.  Part 1 is already done and uploaded, spread the word!
